Residential Fees 2012-13
The tables outline the weekly residential fee payments and contract lengths. A detailed breakdown of residential fees and payment plans is able to download on the links below.
- Residential fees include all utilities (water, electricity and gas), internet access plus personal contents insurance from Cover4Students.
- Payment of the accommodation is split into manageable monthly chunks for John Lester, Eddie Colman and Bramall Courts and quarterly payments for Matthias Court.
- All accommodation is leased for a minimum of 40 weeks.
- 52 week contracts are available for nursing and postgraduate students, along with those that want to stay the summer.

Advanced Fees
You will need to pay a deposit of £200 for John Lester, Eddie Colman and Bramall Courts or a £200 booking fee for Matthias to secure your room at the Village. The deposit will be returned in full within 21 days of your departure provided that there are no rent arrears, cleaning charges or damage to the property. The £200 booking fee will be taken off your rent instalments.
For John Lester, Eddie Colman and Bramall Courts you will also need to pay your first monthly rent instalment when you accept and confirm your room offer.
