- Residential fees include all utilities (water, electricity and gas), internet access plus personal contents insurance from Endsleigh.
- Payment of the accommodation is split into manageable monthly chunks for John Lester, Eddie Colman and Bramall Courts.
- All accommodation is leased for a minimum of 42 weeks.
- 52 week contracts are available for nursing and postgraduate students, along with those that want to stay the summer.

Advanced Fees
You will need to pay a deposit of £200 for John Lester, Eddie Colman and Bramall Courts to secure your room at the Village. The deposit will be returned in full within 21 days of your departure provided that there are no rent arrears, cleaning charges or damage to the property.
For John Lester, Eddie Colman and Bramall Courts you will also need to pay your first rental instalment of £200 when you accept and confirm your room offer.
