Checking In
Your keys can be collected from Reception between 10am and 4pm on September 10 2012. Once you collect your keys you will be shown to your room by a member of the Village team.
- Arrival: On arrival you will receive a Welcome Pack. This will include our Resident Survival Guide or Resident Handbook this will provide you with all the necessary information you need to know about the your room and the Village. We don't imagine you will read it from back to front but please take the time to have a flick through, it will help you understand how to make the most of your time here.
- Inventory: You will need to complete your room inventory once you have settled in. This provides us with information on the condition of the room when you move in and ensures we can attend to anything that requires immediate attention. For residents of John Lester, Eddie Colman and Bramall Court this will be available online by logging into our Residents' Portal.
